Description
Villa Vianci is an ancient mansion dating back to the eighteenth century, located in the heart of Chianti Senese, just 17 km away from Siena and 45 Km from Florence. It is located in a vantage position on a hill above the old town of Staggia Senese. Recently subjected to a fine renovation and restoration, that has enhanced tyipical charm of the Tuscan villas without altering the original structure, Villa Vianci is today an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant and exclusive stay under the Tuscan sun and to visit the most important art cities of the area.
It was originally founded to be a manor to house the noble families during the hottest months of summer. The villa belongs to our family from several generations and is now managed by the young owner and his girlfriend who take care of their guests with attention and respect in a friendly and genuine family atmosphere. Its location in the center of Tuscany, a few km from the highway Firenze-Siena and near the historic intersection between Via Cassia and Via Francigena, makes Villa Vianci the perfect location to undertake tourist paths among enogastronomic, cultural and art-historical sites in the many typical places and villages of the area.

The ground floor shows the great rooms typical of the eighteen century villas inspired by the Palladian style. On the right side of the large entrance there is a wide and bright living room which is the largest and the oldest room of the building. Featured by great vaults, is enhanced by a rare fireplace in green marble and is furnished with luxurious and antique furniture.
On the left side of the entrance there is the dining room and from there you can access to the kitchen, which has been completely renovated and is composed of a wide marble plan which allows a very comfortable cooking, it is also equipped with every kitchen tools and cooking technologies. - First Floor .:: MORE PHOTOS ::.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area. There are six rooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Two rooms have king size beds and private bathrooms. Other two rooms have queen size beds and private bathroom. The last two rooms have a shared bathroom, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. Each room is furnished with elegant furniture dating back to the eighteen century in order to preserve the charm of an elegant atmosphere. - Exteriors .:: MORE PHOTOS ::.
Outside there is the park of about 1 hectare. On the right side the house is flanked by the terrace of lemons on which our guests will enjoy outdoor summer dinner. On the left side of the house there is a grove of holm oaks, a shady area to relax during the hottest hours of the day. The swimming pool (10mx5mx1, 40m) is open from May 1st to October 31st and is located in a private area behind the villa; surrounded by a large green lawn it is equipped with all the amenities for a nice refreshing bath. |
