Steps to rent a property in UZPlaces:
- Browse through our selections and choose your favorite villa. Once you find it, our system enables you to book it for 48 hours without making any payment.
- You will have 48 hours to enter your name (login) and password in order to make the payment.This process ensures that the chosen property and dates have been reserved to you. If you prefer, you can make a phone call to our reservation center to ask any questions you may have about a particular property and to guide you through our payment system step by step.
- Once we receive your payment for the property you will receive a phone call and a confirmation email from our reservation center. Our reservations staff will assist you with any questions or requests you may have.
- We will send you a document that contains all the details of your booking and full contact information, maps and other information necessary for your arrival at the property.
- Upon arrival there will be someone waiting for you to provide you with the keys (if it is the case) and give a brief tour with all the details so that you can get the most out of your stay.

| What is a short term rental? |
| This involves renting a property for a period set by the owner or administrator, from three days up to a week. Specific unique conditions are set for each case. Normally properties are rented as a whole, unless stated otherwise, so we cannot accept multiple requests for the same destination at the same time. |

| Why do I pay the whole amount at the time of reservation? |
| The majority of the properties we offer, support only one party of guests at one time, so the properties are rented as a whole, unless stated otherwise. This means a reservation must be 100% guaranteed. |

| What happens if the property is already reserved but appeared in UZ places as available? |
| We make every effort to publish accurate information and current availability of each property. However, there is always a slight chance of error. In that case, we will do our best to provide a new date or seek a similar property for you.. If this is not possible, we will refund the money without any charge to you. |

| How can I have my property listed in UZPlaces? |
