Palma Sola is the most extensive villa located in Punta Mita, a private isthmus bordered by miles of white sand and a turquoise ocean of 1,500 acres (6.1 km2) It is located beachfront on the north end of Banderas Bay in the Mexican state of Nayarit, about 10 miles (16 km) north of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Punta Mita is surrounded on three sides by the most beautiful turquoise beaches of the Pacific Ocean.
It is and will be the vacation rental option that will make you feel closer to perfection. It offers to the 22 guests that can comfortably accommodate, 25000 square feet of luxurious spaces with unique designs created by the highly acclaimed Mexican architect Manolo Mestre, also known for designing homes for Francis Ford Coppola, Bond girl Luciana Paluzzi and heiress Isabel Goldsmith. Mestre together with the owners created 25,000 square feet of spacious area consisting of 11 beautifully designed structures in a luxury private villa surrounded by 300 feet of crystalline beach water.
The included services are: Security 24 hours, 7 days a week, laundry, cleaning, cooking (guests must purchase food and request the service in advance), transportation airport-villa-Airport also requested in advance, two golf carts, transportation and advice for the going around in Punta Mita. Spa services have to be requested in advance and payment for this is additional.

Upstairs, the master bedroom “El Sol” is greatly furnished with a king size bed, linen bed sheets, air conditioning, bathroom and walk-in closet.
