It is between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale, the perfect place to access both cities in just minutes. You will access Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Park and Bal Harbour Shops in less than 12 minutes. In less than 3 minutes driving there is variety of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and anything you need for your stay in “LAS CASAS”. Famous restaurants as LE TUB gourmet burgers, JOE’s Stone Crabs, GIORGIOS Griil and Bakery, MARTHA’S, OPA Café and many others are less than 2 minutes driving from this convenient location. Hollywood’s Broadwalk is bicycle distance away.
"Las Casas" provides cleaning service every 3 days (extra cleaning day for an extra fee), a telephone with local calls included, BOSE stereo system for your iPod. The beach is very close to the house, takes no more than 30 seconds to arrive. The house will provide towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Fishing: full days or Half days tours on site. Ask our UZconcierge for rates. If you want your food in the house by the time of arrival you can ask for our grocery shopping service with an additional charge. If you want to relax and not cook during your stay, we have the services of an excellent chef (extra fee).We are sure your stay in "Las Casas" will be unforgettable!

"What can I say? It's the nicest townhouse on the block and probably in all of Hollywood, FL. The pictures as nice as they are do not do this vacation home justice. The on site service and the caring owner cater to all of you needs. They called me days before to ask what they could stock or have ready prior to arrival. Its view from the roof is worth the price of admission, and the HUGE bedrooms and great kitchen make for a wonderful multi family getaway."
"The house was and is beautiful and everything we expected. There were a few things that I think will make the house even better: tissues, more serving bowls and platters, and maybe some cleaning products. We were a family of 7 and did alot of cooking and would have liked to leave the kitchen cleaner than we were able. We did not use the cleaning service, but if we did, we would have needed more garbage bags, paper towels and of course tissues. Also, beach towels to take to the beach. A list of local restaurants that delivery would be good."
