The house is Mediterranean-style, it was built in 1977 and is located in Paseo de la Roca # 4 in Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo. It has an area of 23 174 square feet of land, and 9 095 square feet of construction, with sea access. The house is always bathed in sunshine and surrounded by a restful atmosphere. Casa del Sol will meet the needs of the most sophisticated travelers. It is perfect for any kind of activity: for family and friends, business executives, for spiritual retreats and private events. It is located on the Mexican Riviera on the Pacific coast and in one of the most exclusive communities in Mexico, Ixtapa Zihuatanejo in the state of Guerrero. Four rooms with private bathroom, AC, ceiling fan, Cable TV and WiFi.3 rooms have queen beds, 1 has a double bed and a single bed. We strived to capture a classical, romantic and elegant taste, consistent with the personality of the owner: In the bed in the master bedroom, the poster bed with European stamped silk was designed to give a sense of protection. The "nocheros" (night stands) are made in oxidized mirrors (French trend of 1850), and an ecru fabric mat and a leather seat in the romantic style are also part of the decoration. To add a touch of color, a fuschia paint on the wall. The secondary bedrooms with twin white washed wood give a sense of spaciousness. An impacting table, homeowner's desire come true by Monica Urquijo: a log of wood from the Amazon with iron-nickel legs. Eight sober, white linen chairs complete the the dining room: the iron lamp hanging from the roof is from an American fashion designer. On white walls, two contemporary paintings of Dominican artist Del Leon Benjamin provide color and contrast with the rest of the decor. The dining room leads into the kitchen: modern, comfortable and fully functional. |
